Meet Fernando
Founded on June 1, 2025, Falcon Safety LLC was established with a clear vision: to raise the standard of safety throughout the oil and gas industry. After nearly two decades of hands-on industry experience, the founder recognized an opportunity to provide a higher level of safety support—one built on accountability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to protecting people.
Having worked in the oil and gas industry since 2007, the founder has gained extensive experience across a variety of operations and understands the unique challenges faced on today's job sites. Throughout his career, he witnessed the critical role that strong safety leadership plays in preventing incidents, maintaining compliance, and ensuring that every worker returns home safely at the end of the day.
In 2012, he took his first step into business ownership by founding Concho Valley Roustabout, a roustabout service company that provided field support throughout the oilfield. Operating and managing that business gave him valuable experience in leadership, operations, workforce management, and the importance of maintaining strong safety practices in the field.
Driven by a passion for safety and a desire to make a lasting impact, he founded Falcon Safety LLC to deliver dependable, practical, and results-driven safety solutions. His goal is not only to meet industry standards but to exceed them by fostering a culture where safety is integrated into every aspect of an operation.
Today, Falcon Safety LLC continues to build on that vision by providing trusted safety services and support to clients throughout the oil and gas industry, helping create safer workplaces and stronger operations.
Meet homer
Born and raised in Eldorado, Homer Hernandez built his career through hard work, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit deeply rooted in the oil and gas industry.
Homer began his oilfield career in 2004 as a roustabout, gaining hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, equipment operations, and the daily responsibilities required to keep field operations running safely and efficiently. He later worked on drilling rigs in the derricks, developing a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a practical understanding of oilfield operations. He then expanded his expertise through work with downhole tools, broadening his technical knowledge and industry experience.
As an entrepreneur, Homer founded Ultra Enviroflex, a company specializing in secondary containment solutions for the oil and gas industry, earning a reputation for dependable environmental and containment services. He later launched IES Pit Lining & Construction, expanding into construction, pit lining, and infrastructure services while continuing to provide practical, reliable solutions throughout the energy sector.
Throughout his career, Homer recognized that safety is more than a requirement—it is a responsibility. His passion for workplace safety, operational excellence, and workforce protection became a core part of his leadership philosophy and personal mission.
Today, with more than two decades of experience spanning roustabout work, drilling operations, downhole tools, environmental services, construction, and safety leadership, Homer continues to lead by example.
